Hotel-Restaurant Eeserhof is a cozy, family-run hotel nestled in a wooded area on the Hondsrug in Drenthe. It's a favorite with cyclists and hikers. It's very centrally located with ample parking. The hotel features 30 rooms, an à la carte restaurant, a brasserie, a cozy fireplace, a lounge, function rooms, and a beautiful, spacious terrace. Pets are allowed upon request.

All rooms are either renovated or newly built and have a private shower and toilet. All ground-floor rooms have a private terrace. On the first floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, there are rooms with a French balcony or a regular balcony.

The area around Eeserhof is perfect for cycling and walking. Routes are available at reception. You can park your bike in one of the several bike sheds. All sheds have ample electricity, so you can even charge electric bikes.

Expansion

After renovating our hotel rooms in 2020, our brasserie, restaurant, and breakfast room were renovated in early 2021. The breakfast room needed to offer more capacity, as we planned to add 12 new rooms. This expansion was completed in 2022. Since then, our hotel has had 18 standard rooms and 12 comfort rooms. The latter are air-conditioned. Many guests have already enjoyed these rooms.

In 2023, the opportunity arose to purchase the adjacent plot. This was done, and additional parking spaces were created. Four parking spaces with charging stations were also added. We no longer have to send our guests with electric cars a kilometer further. Naturally, these charging stations are powered by our roof, which is covered in solar panels.
